Whole Lamb Share
Customers reserving a whole lamb will receive a full cut sheet and can select their preferred cuts from the following options:

This allows for full customization based on how you like to cook and use your lamb.
Half Lamb Share
Half lamb shares receive a portion of the available cuts, based on standard butcher splitting and carcass size. While halves do not receive full cut customization, the butcher divides the lamb as evenly and fairly as possible so each share includes a variety of cuts.
